365 Maintenance Package – Bi-Annual Service Agreement
$29.95 + HST per Month – Under $1 per Day! For Furnace and A/C

BENEFITS:

• $0 Diagnostic Fee Throughout Year.
• Should You Need a Repair labour charge is reduced to $99 per hour for up to 2 hours.
• Service Agreement Customers go to the top of the list in the event of an issue year round.
• Includes two (2) visits per year – Once in the Spring, and once in the Fall. Please note that our Spring Visit is between March & May while the Fall Visit is October – December. We do not schedule Maintenance Visits after those months.
• Weekend appointments available.

SPRING AC VISIT:

Spring Visit Includes General Clean, Inspection and Tune Up of the A/C system. Includes Filter Change If Necessary.

FALL HEATING VISIT:

Includes Cleaning of Burner Assembly, Gas Pressure Inspection, General Clean, Inspection, and Tune Up of Furnace. Filter replacement if Necessary
